I’ve created a beautifully designed, interactive journal based on my Mind Body Creative methodology. It’s a creative experience that focuses on yoga, mindfulness, and creative wellbeing. Providing step-by-step guidance through online video and audio lessons, downloadable worksheets and practices, you can access the teachings any time, at your own pace. It’s based on over two decades of experience as a designer, yogi and lover of all things visual! The course allows you to:
