Yoga is not about touching your toes. It is what you learn on the way down.

- Jigar Gor

I’ve been practising yoga for nearly 20 years and I love the transformation, clarity and connection yoga can bring to the Self, especially off the mat.

In 2016 I trained to teach Anusara Elements. The term "Anusara (a-nu-sar-a), means 'flowing with Grace,' 'flowing with Nature' and 'following your heart,'" as interpreted from the Sanskrit anusāra (अनुसार), meaning "custom, usage, natural state or condition".  As TKV Desikachar once put it, “adapting yoga to suit the needs of every unique individual is where the true greatness of yoga lies”. When I bring yoga off the mat and into the world, I adapt the teachings to my audience so they can take away something that is relevant to them.

I teach vinyasa flow and slow flow yoga classes with playfulness, alignment and grace.
All levels welcome.
