I began my yoga journey while living in San Francisco 20 years ago. I love the clarity, connection and transformation yoga can bring to the Self, especially off the mat.

In 2016, I trained to teach Anusara Elements. The term "Anusara (a-nu-sar-a), means 'flowing with Grace,' 'flowing with Nature' and 'following your heart,'" My teachers include: Max Strom, Seane Corn, Sianna Sherman and Bridget Woods Kramer. In August 2019, I started my 300-hour teacher training with Jason Crandell.

As TKV Desikachar once put it, “adapting yoga to suit the needs of every unique individual is where the true greatness of yoga lies”. When I teach, I try to adapt the teachings to my audience so they can take away something that is relevant to them.

I teach vinyasa flow and slow yoga classes with playfulness, alignment and grace. All levels are welcome.
