About me.

25 years ago, my yoga journey began in San Francisco. Yoga has brought me clarity, connection, and transformation, both on and off the mat. With playfulness, alignment, and grace, I teach vinyasa flow, slow flow, and yoga for menopause classes. All levels are welcome to join.

In 2016, I pursued Anusara Elements teacher training with Bridget Woods Kramer. Anusara, meaning 'flowing with Grace,' 'flowing with Nature,' and 'following your heart,' resonates deeply with me. Building upon this, in 2020, I completed my advanced teacher training with Jason Crandell, who continues to inspire me to teach and practice yoga in an accessible, intelligent, and grounded way.

Throughout the years, I've been influenced by remarkable teachers such as Ram Dass, Pema Chodren, Max Strom, Seane Corn, Sianna Sherman, and Elena Brower. Their wisdom has enriched my journey.

Qualifications:
- 200 hr Anusara Elements YTT with Bridget Woods Kramer (2016)
- 300 hr YTT with Jason Crandell (2020)
- 40 hr YTT with Ashley Turner (2020)
- 40 hr Menopause Yoga TT with Petra Coveney (2020)
