Inside the email is one thing: a guided conversation you run with an AI assistant (Claude, a free account is fine). You copy in what I send you, and it walks you through four stages: Reflect, Observe, Orient, Thread. Give it 30 to 45 minutes. No apps to install, nothing to figure out first.
By the end you'll have your ROOT Document: your layers named, your audience described, your landscape mapped, and your thread written in one sentence. Plus messaging you can publish the same day.
My only advice: give Reflect your full attention. In my experience, that's where the biggest moments of clarity happen.
