Nile Strategy Design for Nat West Colleague Toolkit
Louise was commissioned to work on a strategic discovery project to lead the research activities with NatWest Group colleagues and stakeholders in order to create a Colleague Toolkit pilot that allows colleagues to support their local communities - giving them more autonomy. Louise led a 50-person, month-long pilot to run colleagues through a printed book of initiatives, tools, and information about Nat West’s purpose and instructing the team on what outcomes, structure and content it should contain. Louise also worked with the team on how best to set-up and deliver the pilot and collect colleague feedback and design iterations for Pilot 2.
