Manifest positivity with this 5 minute bedtime routine

Try this 5 minute bedtime routine to start manifesting positivity into your life. This simple tool can have a profound effect on your life.

Free yourself from negativity

Oftentimes, we come home from work and we’re thinking about the stresses and pressures of our day: what went wrong, who we’re upset with, what we could have done better.  We’ve been running around all day in a stressed out or worried state and we’re generally in negative mode by the end of the day, thinking about what we should have or could have done differently.

The Law of Attraction

It is the Law of Attraction which uses the power of the mind to translate whatever is in our thoughts and materialise them into reality. In basic terms, all thoughts turn into things eventually. If you focus on negative doom and gloom you will remain under that cloud. If you focus on positive thoughts, and have goals that you aim to achieve you will find a way to achieve them with massive action. (1)

Create more goodness

This simple exercise is something you can do tonight before you go to bed and it only takes a few minutes.

The subconscious mind gives us what we want

Over the past 6 months, I’ve been learning a lot about our bodies, our minds and our states of being.  How we can control our lives with our thoughts and nourish our bodies with nutrition and exercise. We’ve been given our human bodies and we’re responsible for keeping them in an optimal state, which is not always easy.

When you want something, all the Universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.
— Paulo Coelho

The subconscious mind is most conscious when its in sleep state. Our minds are busy at work in the day time and when we start to settle before bed, our minds are often filled with negativity and stress from the day. When this happens, we’ll go to bed and our subconscious will think that’s what we want more of and so it will go to work on manifesting that.

Reverse the practice

Your subconscious mind is listening to you asking the universe for what you want to manifest into your life. If you fill your mind with what you don't want, what you don’t like, and what you worry about, your subconscious doesn't distinguish between what is positive or what is negative, it goes to work on what you are consciously thinking about. You are suggesting to your subconscious mind these negative, unhappy thoughts. If you program your mind to tell yourself all the things you don't like, how you feel mistreated, or how terrible the economy is, these are the ideas you are feeding to your subconscious. Instead, try to reverse this practice - you want to shift away from that negative consciousness.

Program your mind with your I AMs

Instead, try programming your mind with your positive I ams, such as:

I am creative 🎨

I am healthy 🏃🏼‍

I am love ❤️

I am grateful 🙏🏼

I am joy 😀

Take a few minutes to jot down the positive things that you want to manifest into your life.

Repeat these to yourself a few times each night.

If you don’t want your instructions to your subconscious self to be sealed with negative thoughts before you head to sleep for the night, then reprogram it with your positive desires instead.

When you shift your thinking to speak your desires having already been fulfilled, then that’s what you will ultimately start to attract.

Try this tonight (and every night) and you’ll start to see a shift in your life.
